• Imago Relationship Therapy: Lanex is a Certified Imago Therapist , Workshop Presenter and Advanced Clinician . She schedules 90 minutes to three hour appointments for couples. See below for further discription of what is "Imago". 

• Individual Counseling : Lanex offers individual counseling to those desiring personal growth. She helps clients to investigate  their past and discover the root causes of present beliefs and physical responses within their bodies.  By changing the thoughts and managing defenses that  cause us pain we can  create the life we desire.

• Couple's Intensives : Lanex offers one to two  day intensives for individual couples who want to give their relationship a big jump start towards healing and happiness. Sometimes regular weekly sessions may not be enough.  An intensive can maintain the flow of the growing connection without interruption .  They are solely for your work as a couple and are privately done in a safe environment. 

• Teen's and Youth Counseling:  Lanex  assists young adults who are searching for answers to issues in their lives. She helps them learn skills to enhance their future relationships.

• Premarital Counseling : It is important for couples to learn what those early signs or "red flags" truly mean and in turn learn the skills to manage them before the final commtiment is made. This is like a happiness  insurance policy for your future  relationship.

• Lanex is also LGBTQ+ friendly. She has worked with many LGBTQ couples and individuals for over 20 years. 

• Classes  and one to two day workshops for  couples : The workshops are "Getting the Love You Want" workshops as in the book of the same name.   See below for more information.

• Fees : $120.00 self pay for  an hour for individual sessions.  Sessions for couples are required to be at least 90 minutes which is $180.00 although two hours is recommended if you are in crisis. Time and payment issues may be discussed with Lanex. She also accepts Visa, Master Charge and some HSA accounts will pay for her services.
